Life in lessons....

So I came in this morning to find out that while my set up was good, my samples were fine - the gel was not good so my data had problems.
Oh well...I just finished setting up another one - hopefully this one will be much better! I'll be here for awhile in any case - just checking it out.

I am off to do some tissue culture and then home...Very excited...I may be able to get to bed by the early hour of midnight!
