I think that I will be here for a bit. I an thinking that I may want to go get some dinner before it gets too late. I do not want to be getting home at 11:00 pm tonight and have to cook then. And I do not want to be REALLY hungry in a a few hours and all of the places to around here to be closed. I finally got a sequencing gel to work, thankfully! At $15.00 per gel, if it had not worked the second time - I was going to ask someone else to make the gel today as I was just wasting money, which no one (including myself) likes to do.
